Wedding photography – Bearwood Lakes
This wedding was a bit different from the usual fair, Sarah and Gareth had a very small and intimate wedding at the Waterside Inn in Bray, the Michelin 3 star restaurant set up by the Roux brothers. Its a great setting overlooking in the river and again the weather was very kind to as as you can see in the photos.
They had about an hours relaxing in a private garden with champagne and canapes before retiring to a private room for lunch.
We then met up again about 4 hours later at Bearwood Lakes golf course where they had a party for about 100 guests. The weather wasn’t quite as kind at this point as the heavens opened just after a 10 minute drive in 4×4′s to get to the lake view!
Another meal with drinks and the night was finished off with a disco with music provided by a very interesting Elvis impersonator! That was a good cue for me to leave the building….

The background scene behind that couple by the lake is amazing. Love the big clouds on a very blue sky. Their bridal car looks so simple and discreet, though.
Awesome photos. I can see some dark clouds in one of the pictures but you still captured it well.
P.S. I think the bride’s socks were unusual but it looked ok on her.

For better perspective and angle the photographer can use a ladder or the like. One can make his/ her wedding ceremony a memorable one to the guests also by sending them the group photos taken at the “open photo booth” at some corner of the venue. This is a wonderful wedding photography idea especially to make bosses, colleagues and friend happy when sent as memento with a note of thanks to them for attending the party. Wedding photography ideas also tells us that candidness is another important part of natural smiles being captured in a photo when all are un-posed.
