Wedding photography at Northcote House
Last Sunday I was exhibiting at the Northcote House Wedding open day. Twice a year they set the house up for a pretend wedding and invite brides to be to come and have a look.
The venue also invites their select list of preferred supplies (yep – I’m one!) to exhibit what they can do. Yet again they had a great turnout and I met some really nice people.
I shoot at the venue a lot. It’s a beautiful grade II listed neo-georgian mansion house surrounded by a “mere” 65 acres of parkland designed by the renowned Capability Brown. It makes a fantastic wedding venue, the first thing you see when you approach is the huge white column front of the house then entering by absolutely massive oak doors, its sure to make your guests really go “Wow!”.
I’ve just added a dedicated web page on my main site (Northcote House wedding photography) detailing a bit more about the venue along with more images. In the next few days I’ll upload an album or two as well so you can really see a whole wedding day in action!

Som top notch wedding photography there. I really think it’s a good idea to study wedding photography when learning to take good photos – there’s such a range of different shots taken at a wedding, so varied – thanks for sharing some of your great shots!
What a stunning scenery that has been welcoming visitors for generations. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is one of the most romantic destinations to be found anywhere, which makes it an ideal honeymoon destination, with roaring log fires, cozy walks along country lanes and romantic candlelit dinners. How I wish i could be there too.
