I like the idea of the photojournalistic style, but I imagine that it is hard to get away from the arranged shots entirely. While the photojournalistic style probably delivers the more interesting photos, I think that every bride has a preconceived notion of what shots definitely need to be included. Would you say that a good method might be to take the classic wedding photographs first and as the event progresses move to a more photojournalistic approach or is it better to stick to one approach entirely?

I think “photojournalist” types of wedding photos would be truly gorgeous reminders of the wedding. I don’t know many people who have really gone down that path with their wedding photos, though. To me the emotion and the fun of the wedding is far, far more important than the price of anything or the style of the dress. When I have a wedding I want a very simple wedding, and inexpensive wedding dress.
