A “Generations” family shoot is where more than two generations of the family come into the studio for a portrait session.
They are great fun but can be hard work when you have to contend with the various groupings, especially if there are young children. However, I’m very experienced in these sorts of shoots and work quickly to ensure we get the groupings correct whilst getting a good variety of shots AND making sure the kids don’t go past their sell by date!
The results are always rewarding and its great to see the emotion on the various family members when they come back to see their pictures.
Below you can see a short video of such a session when Tony and Magaret Adams came into the studio.

Nice photos and videos and I am emotionally attached with your photos. You all are looking fabulous.
Lovely family portrait. Amazing expressions, which i know isn’t always easy to get with such a big family, especially one of such different ages!

Your subjects a wonderfully comfortable demeanor. That means the photographer did their most important job! The most important job is to make people feel comfortable with the portrait session and the photographer.
